Eating Vegan Raw – The Raw Food Trend

The raw food trend, the practice of consuming unprocessed, whole plant-based, ideally organic foods, exploded in the US around 2004.  In this joint I learn how to open a coconut!  I also attend a raw food potluck which was yummy! A Civil Retrospective

Each year, the Civil War is reenacted in Duncan’s Mill’s CA. It’s a cool story with a lot of live action, even some daredevil camera operator feats from inside the ambulance!  (My backside still hurts!) Know what else is cool?  They use rescued race horses!
